Wedding Venue Contract
This Wedding Venue Contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this ____ day of __________, 20____, by and between:

The Client agrees to rent the Venue for the wedding event as detailed below:

2. Fees and Payment
The total fee for the venue rental is $__________. The payment schedule is as follows:

3. Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Client needs to cancel the event, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations between 30 to 60 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.
4. Responsibilities
The Venue Owner agrees to:
- Provide the Venue in good condition.
- Ensure necessary services and amenities are available on the date of the event.
The Client agrees to:
- Respect the Venue and its property.
- Adhere to any restrictions or rules set forth by the Venue Owner.
5. Indemnification
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless the other from and against any and all claims related to this Agreement.
